Get professional feedback on your photography at our group portfolio review sessions with Document Scotland and Impressions’ programming team.

During the two hour session you will have the opportunity to share your work in a group review with a member of the Document Scotland collective, Sophie Gerrard, Colin McPherson or Jeremy Sutton-Hibbert, Impressions’ programming team and four other peer photographers.

Time will be allocated for each person in your group to share their work and gain feedback.

Following the group session there will be an informal opportunity to share your portfolio with other members of Document Scotland and everyone else taking part.

Application essential as places are limited.

How to apply

If you are interested in taking part please email Jane Hiley via janehiley@impressions-gallery.com with:

- A few sentences about your work and what you would like to get out of the session (150 words max)

- Three low resolution images

- Your contact details and an indication of which member of the Document Scotland collective you would like to be placed with, Sophie Gerrard, Colin McPherson or Jeremy Sutton-Hibbert.

To find out more on what to expect at the review and how to prepare click here to download our FAQ sheet.

Deadline for applications: Wednesday 16 July 2014, 5pm.

You will be notified by Friday 18 July if you have been selected for a review session.

A £10 fee will be payable to attend the review.

Stay with us following the professional development sessions for our free Artists’ Talk with Document Scotland, where you can hear more about each photographer, their practice and themes of the exhibition.
