Sunday Family Workshop: Makeshift Sculptures

About

For this workshop influenced by Durham's preoccupation with finding stones whilst walking, and the theatrics of using them as a sculptural tool, families will start with a journey around the local area to collect discarded items and debris. Gradually families will bring these disparate ‘tools', objects and materials together into new makeshift sculptures. This workshop accompanies the exhibition: Jimmie Durham Traces and Shiny Evidence (12 June - 9august 2014).
