Alan Powers - author of the recently published Eric Ravilious : Artist and Designer (Lund Humphries £35) will look at the changes in watercolour in the 1920s and 30s in which Eric Ravilious played a major role, showing the phases of development in his approach and technique, and assessing his influence and enduring popularity.
