We present a collaborative exhibition of art rarely seen outside of the school context
Taking 2 artists and 2 local primary schools with children from 2 different year groups, we present a collaborative exhibition of art rarely seen outside of the school context. Here, in the East-End, we reveal the ingenuity, tenacity and freshness of children's sharp-eyed creativity.
Year 3 children from Harry Gosling primary, presents their very own tales of chivalry, bravery and magic from the medieval life using pictures and pattern rather than words.
The children from William Davis primary chose a different direction and dove into the Victorian age when London and Britain were in the throes of great change. Year 5 used painted, wooden-relief panels, printed and collaged banners and many exploratory drawings to show their work.
