“As a painter, I have always been interested in the subject matter of landscape. Since I moved to live in French countryside six years ago, my work has become more abstract; a sort of deeper interpretation of colour, light and mass.
I use exuberant colours and textures to infuse my paintings with life, always attempting to express the true spirit of a place.” - Ewa Wnek-Webb, 2013.
