Everything We See is Something Besides

We live in a world besieged by media images and the predominance of the real over the imagined. This insatiable desire for a meticulous reality can deny the possibility of alternative realities that may be found beneath the surface - the something besides. Four London based artists come together for the first time to present their work in one of London's most dramatic art venues. The group show features work which converges around a common set of ideas encapsulated by the show's title Everything We See is Something Besides. The exhibition includes paintings and works on paper.
