Visitors to the West Lancashire OPEN Exhibition are invited to vote for their favourite artwork each year. During the OPEN 2012, Genevieve K. Pennington received the most votes for her multi-media piece Bright Eyes so we've invited her to exhibit a collection of her work and have awarded her an exhibition fee of £150.
Entry forms will be available from May 2013 to enter this year's OPEN Exhibition.
