Digital Showcase of Birth Rites Collection competition

Birth Rites Collection are looking for artists who are interested in
donating artwork to the collection which is already in existence. We are
looking for artworks which deal with the theme of childbirth. The work can
be in any format and will be judged by Helen Knowles, Birth Rites Curator
and Hermione Wiltshire, Artist.

Prizes will include a digital showcase of the best works at Media CityUK
on the 2nd February 2013 and the chance to win a month-long residency at
the Trelex residency in Geneva, Switzerland and an award to cover travel
and stipend. The winning artwork will become permanently part of the Birth
Rites Collection and on public view at Salford University in the midwifery
department.
